Well, you know, I have always believed that it's possible to form an objective basis for standards of beauty, even taking into account personal taste--but this is not how you find a partner for someone! Magic and technology are vital aspects of life, but we'd have to know a great deal more about how this thing functions before we could deem it an adequate judge, and even then, we're hardly qualified to play matchmaker.
